I recently stayed for five nights with friends for a nice vacation and was blown away by the experience. We received an very nice room upgrade to a spacious apartment, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The modern design, cleanliness, and fantastic on-site restaurants, including Playa Pacha and Ronin, stood out.
Can just recommend this hotel.

Checking in was a nightmare! It took over an hour, and when we finally got to our room, it was the wrong one. Had to deal with moving and no room all day-total chaos!
